Beehive Mill is situated in Manchester city centre. It is a 5 story office block that is grade 2 listed. We were appointed by a local architect to carry out a refurbishment of all of the communal areas. This included the Reception, Stairwells, 8 toilet blocks and updating all of the corridors. The work in the Reception area was extensive including an unusual bespoke counter and a new all glass shopfront. The work was carried out whilst the premises remained open for tenants. We repositioned the Reception to a temporary location so that the tenants and visitors were unaffected by the work.
