PDS PLC is based on Wilderspool Causeway in Warrington. Clarke Gough worked closely with the owners and architect to produce a contemporary work place. We were appointed as the main contractor for this project organising and appointing all of the sub contractors.

The work included:-
A full rip out of the existing office to a shell
Oak glazed partitions with integrated blinds
Oak TV cabinet
Oak cabinet in reception
Electric roller shutters over each window, built into the wall and ceiling so as not to be seen
Oak T points with corrian worktops
Electrical re wire
Fit out of two toilets
Lay in grid ceiling
Flooring throughout

The fit out took seven weeks to be completed and enabled PDS to move out of their old office and into the new office on the agreed date.
