The Soup Kitchen is based in Manchesters Norther Quarter. We worked closely with the owners and the designers Creative Consultants to create a unique café cum restaurant. Clarke Gough were appointed to act as main contractors organising and appointing all of the sub contractors. The fit out consisted of :-

A full rip out

Studwork to form toilets kitchen, office and storeroom

Plumbing work involved in the toilets, the kitchen and the prep area

Electrics and lighting

Construct the servary and back bar

Construct Alcohol bar

Construct Alcohol storage room

Fit ply strip floor

Construct the timber and ply furniture

The fit out of the Soup Kitchen took four weeks and was completed on time enabling the business to open on time.
